What you choose to submit.
The Contact, Start a Closing and Get a Quote forms request contact details, your role and the information relevant to your inquiry. Closing and quote requests may include a property address or city, transaction type, estimated date and purchase or loan amount. Draft entries remain in the open page; the website does not save drafts in browser storage.
How an inquiry reaches Trinity.
When delivery is enabled, the website validates the submission and sends a notification through Resend to info@trinityclosings.com. Trinity uses that information to respond and discuss the next steps. Your email is the notification’s Reply-To address. Provider acceptance confirms a delivery handoff; it does not open a title order or guarantee inbox receipt.
Use of inquiry information.
Trinity uses website inquiry information to respond to your request and coordinate the next steps you request. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a mailing list. Trinity does not sell information submitted through these inquiry forms.
Operational access.
Within Trinity, website inquiry handling and delivery administration are assigned to a single operational owner. Access is limited to authorized inquiry-handling, maintenance and security purposes. Service providers process information under their applicable service and privacy arrangements.
Hosting and abuse prevention.
ChatGPT Sites and its Cloudflare runtime host the website. Cloudflare Turnstile processes a security challenge before an inquiry can be sent. The application database stores request identifiers, keyed digests, rate counters, status and timing information. It does not store complete inquiry messages, raw IP addresses, challenge tokens or credentials. Hosting and security providers may process connection and access information under their own policies.
Retention is different for metadata and email.
Application request receipts become eligible for cleanup after 26 hours. Rate counters expire after two corresponding security windows; the longest expiry boundary is 48 hours from the start of a window. Expired counters and receipts are removed in bounded batches during eligible inquiry activity. Idle or backlogged metadata can remain longer; there is no guaranteed physical-deletion deadline. This cleanup does not delete notifications held by Resend or in Trinity’s Google Workspace mailbox. Contact Trinity to discuss a particular inquiry or an information-handling request; retention in email and transaction systems is separate.
General inquiries and business records.
General website inquiries that do not become title, escrow, insurance, quote, transaction, complaint, dispute or other required business records may be reviewed for deletion after 12 months without substantive contact. Records connected to a transaction or otherwise required for business, legal, regulatory, underwriting, dispute or preservation purposes may be retained longer in accordance with Trinity’s applicable recordkeeping obligations and practices. Email and service-provider copies may be subject to their respective retention and backup practices.
Analytics and external services.
No Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing tracking scripts are currently active. The website does not save form drafts in browser storage. Hosting access and Turnstile may use technical browser mechanisms for operation and security. External links and email applications have their own privacy practices.
Keep sensitive records out of these forms.
Do not submit bank details, wire instructions, Social Security numbers, identification documents, passwords, payment-card details or confidential attachments. The website has no document-upload function. Ask Trinity for the appropriate channel before providing sensitive transaction records.
