For real estate investors

Bring the next transaction into focus.

A cash purchase, a financed acquisition or a property sale starts with the same questions: what is being transferred, who is involved and what needs to happen before closing?

Discuss your transaction
01

Start with the structure.

Tell Trinity how title is currently held and how the acquisition is expected to be structured. If an entity will buy or sell, identify the intended signer and share the relevant documents through the agreed channel.

  • Cash or financed purchase
  • Individual or entity buyer and seller
  • Residential investment or commercial property
02

Surface the title questions early.

Prior financing, recorded interests and additional property information can affect the file. Give the closing team any existing title reports, prior policies or payoff information that may help the review.

  • Existing mortgages and payoff contacts
  • Known title or lien concerns
  • Contract deadlines and third-party contacts
03

Coordinate the professionals around the transaction.

For a planned exchange, unusual ownership or a transaction with legal or tax questions, involve your attorney, tax advisor and other appropriate professionals early. Discuss Trinity’s closing role before assuming a particular specialty service is included.
